Mr. Dov Moran is the Founder of Comigo Ltd. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Moran Co-Founded SanDisk IL Ltd. in 1989 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Moran was Co-founder of M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd. and has been its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1989. Mr. Moran was Founder of M-Systems Inc. ("MSU") and served as its Chairman since 1992. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at SanDisk IL Ltd. from 1989 to September 2006. Mr. Moran was also the Founder of modu Ltd. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. He served as the Chairman of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. from December 21, 2006 to January 2009 and served as its Director since December 21, 2006. He invented the DiskOnKey, the DiskOnChip and other similar devices which invented the modular phone (whose patents were acquired by Google). From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Moran was an Independent Consultant in the computer industry. Prior thereto, Mr. Moran served in the Israeli Navy for seven years and was Director of its microprocessors department. Mr. Moran received a B.Sc. in Computers and Electronic Engineering (with honors) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel in 1977.
