Ilya Levin has Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Latvian Academy of Science, 1987. He was a Senior Researcher in Academy of Science of USSR, from 1993 – a Lecturer at Holon Institute of Technology, from 2003 – an Associate Professor at Bar Ilan University. Presently, he is a Full Professor at Tel Aviv University. His research interests include Computer Design, Digital Society and Technology Education. Prof Levin is the author of around 200 research papers, both in Engineering and in Humanities.
