Moshe brings over a decade of experience in finance and business operations to Ramot. Before joining in 2025, he headed the Economic Department at Strauss Group, leading strategic financial planning and budget management.

He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an M.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Economics, combining strong analytical skills with proven expertise in driving growth and efficiency.
