Ohad joined Ramot as VP of Business Development, Engineering, bringing an extensive background in translating cutting-edge research into impactful innovations. Prior to Ramot, Ohad spent 3.5 years as an entrepreneur at X (formerly Google X), where he focused on ideation, exploration, and innovation contributing to Alphabet’s next generation of breakthrough technologies.

Ohad’s background includes a diverse range of R&D fields such as electric vehicles (EV), batteries, material science, digital ink, biomedical applications, 3D printing and more. This multidisciplinary expertise provides him with a unique perspective on identifying and developing commercially viable technologies. He is passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and real-world applications, driving value creation through strategic partnerships and technology transfer.

Ohad holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute.
