Bedside Manufacturing of Personalized mRNA Vaccines

A microfluidic lab-on-a-chip platform enabling on-demand, bedside production of mRNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). Unlike conventional centralized manufacturing, this integrated system performs cell-free transcription and LNP formulation on a single device, delivering ready-to-use mRNA-LNP vaccines rapidly and efficiently.
