OGP: A CB2 Agonist Enhancing CAR-T Therapy

CAR-T therapies show promising clinical responses, yet many patients relapse due to the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). Multiple Myeloma remains largely incurable.

OUR SOLUTION
Osteogenic growth peptide (OGP), a selective CB2 agonist, enhances anti-tumor immunity by reducing immunosuppressive myeloid cells and boosting cytotoxic T-cell activity. In preclinical studies, OGP demonstrated synergistic activity with CAR-T therapy, leading to improved tumor control and survival. In collaboration with Dr. Anat Globerson-Levin from Tel Aviv- Sourasky University Medical Center Ichilov.

Key Advantages

  • Increases survival
  • Reduces tumor number and size
  • Decreases tumor-promoting myeloid cells and alleviates the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME)
  • Enhances anti-tumor CD8+ T cells
  • Supported by human CNR2 genetic data

Potential Applications

  • Multiple Myeloma
  • Additional cancers with immunosuppressive TMEs
  • Combination therapies with CAR-T and other immunotherapies

Stage of Development

  • Preclinical proof-of-concept in vivo and in vitro
  • Supporting human genetic evidence
